How to connect HelloHere to Cloudbeds?

1. Connect your account with HelloHere in the Cloudbeds.

2. Select a subscription plan that best suits your rental. Remember, annual plan offers free setup.

3. Go to HelloHere dashboard and add best local spots in your neighborhood.

How does it work? 

Backend for hosts


In the backend Host panel, the host manages property content, area information and local services. Host automates and centralize communication with guests in the Communication Tab.

HelloHere pulls property list and bookings from Cloudbeds to pre-create an account. The account complete only when the My Properties tab and My Recommendations tab are filled.*

*HelloHere Host Support provides the property set-up, free of charge in the annual subscription.

How does the App work for my guests? 

Description and information relevant to your property included in the HelloHere account will be visible to the guests in the mobile app on their smartphones.
Guests download the app once for any other stay., sign up with e-mail or Facebook account and enter the Property code.

All the communication is received to the guests smartphones.

Guests can contact hosts directly from the property through the in-app chat.  

Guests browse the property information and area attractions in the app. 

Guests book additional services from the app.

What is synced with HelloHere account?

HelloHere pulls all the reservations from myfrontdesk to enable automatic communication between hosts and guests. The communication is done through automatic push messages and e-mails pre-set according to guests’ itinerary. Host can contact guests at anytime through the in-app chat. Each thread is bound to a room and a guest

Any limitations worth mentioning?

We integrate rooms and reservations. Each room has its individual number (property code) in HelloHere. The synchronization of room information takes place once during the first synchronization so if you change anything in Cloudbeds after synchronizations it will not be visible in HelloHere. The reservation details are synchronized on a regular basis. 

How to disconnect the apps?

When you disconnect the app in Cloudbeds, your HelloHere will still be active. To deactivate HelloHereI account,
